2013 UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA STUDY

Subjects consumed either Reliant Recovery Water or regular bottled water over 3 weeks. Conducted pre-exercise baseline testing, an exercise protocol to induce muscle fatigue, and follow-up post-exercise data collection.

RESULTS

  • Improved post-exercise recovery
  • Reduced exercise-induced muscle fatigue
  • Decreased perceived exertion during strenuous exercise

2010 SEATTLE PERFORMANCE MEDICINE STUDY
